Contact form

When you submit the form, the data you enter (name, email, message, indicative budget) is delivered to me by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., United States). It is used solely to answer your request and is never sold or used for advertising.

These exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and at most for the duration of any contractual relationship and the legal obligations that follow from it.

Call booking

Discovery calls are booked through Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.). The data you enter there (name, email, chosen slot) is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with me to hold the meeting.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, cookie-free measurement tools: no personally identifiable data is stored on your device and no advertising profile is built. Statistics are aggregated and anonymous.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no consent banner, because no tracker requiring consent is set.

Your rights

Under the FADP and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of data concerning you, as well as the right to portability where applicable.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@guillaumedonni.com — answered within 30 days at most. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your national supervisory authority.
