I only have an idea, no specification. Is that a problem?
No — it is actually the most common case. The discovery call and the scoping phase exist exactly for that: turning your idea into a written scope, budget and schedule. You keep the vision, I translate it into a product.
What are typical timelines?
A premium website: about 6 weeks. A SaaS MVP: about 8 weeks. A mobile app live on both stores: about 10 weeks. A first data dashboard: about 4 weeks. Every project starts with a scoping phase that puts the schedule in writing.
How does billing work?
Fixed price for scoped projects (written quote, payment milestones tied to deliveries), daily rate for consulting and fractional CTO work. Indicative ranges are shown on each universe; the precise quote comes after the discovery call.
What happens after launch?
That is where most vendors stop — and where I keep going. Every month you receive a report: performance, incidents, next actions. Care, maintenance and iterations are part of the engagement, not a separate contract.
Can you take over an existing project or codebase?
Yes. A technical audit establishes the facts first — jargon-free: strengths, risks, priorities. Then, depending on the verdict: takeover, partial rebuild or consolidation. You decide with the facts in hand.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
In Mies (VD), between Geneva and Lausanne. I work across French-speaking Switzerland, and remotely in France and beyond. Reply within 24 business hours, whatever the channel.
Are your projects GDPR / Swiss FADP compliant?
Yes, by default: hosting chosen accordingly, data minimisation, explicit consent, logging. Compliance is designed in from the start, not bolted on afterwards.
